Szechwan Alaska Cod

Rinse any ice glaze from frozen Alaska Cod under cold water; pat dry with paper towel. Blend chili paste, wine and sesame oil. Brush mixture onto cod fillets; top with green onions. Cook cod in steamer, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes for frozen cod or 4 to 6 minutes for fresh/thawed fish. Cook just until fish is opaque throughout. Garnish with sesame seeds.
