Alaska Salmon with Thai Chili Mayonnaise

For sauce, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice and cilantro in small bowl.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Rinse any ice glaze from frozen Alaska Salmon under cold water; pat dry with paper towel. Brush both sides of salmon with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook salmon on well-oiled grill, turning once. Cook just until fish is opaque throughout. Serve with Thai-Chili Mayonnaise.
Variation: Preheat ridged stovetop grill pan to medium-high; sauté fillets, cooking just until fish is opaque throughout. Note: Cover pan and reduce heat to medium after flipping if using frozen fish.
