Prepare Alaska Salmon Burgers according to package directions; keep warm.
Slice breads in half, crosswise. Spread 1 teaspoon olive tapenade on one side of each bread. For each sandwich, layer a salmon burger, 2 slices tomato, 2 basil leaves and a slice of cheese. Close sandwich with another bread slice. Grill sandwich in panini press about 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Repeat for remaining sandwiches.
