Alaska Salmon Burger Reuben Sandwich

Prepare Alaska Salmon Burgers according to package directions; keep warm.
While burgers are cooking, melt butter. Cut each bread slice in half. Brush one side of each bread slice with butter. Spread 1 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing on non-buttered side of 4 bread pieces. On each of these sides, place one cheese slice, 1/2 cup sauerkraut and a salmon burger. Top with remaining breads, butter side out. Grill to toast bread and melt cheese.
