Cuban Salmon Burger Sandwich

Prepare Alaska Salmon Burgers according to package directions; keep warm.
Split hoagie rolls in half, leaving one side attached. Mix mayonnaise and mustard. For each sandwich, open roll and spread 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise spread. Place 2 ham slices over spread. Place 2 cheese halves lengthwise over bun bottom. Halve salmon burgers and place over the cheese. Top with pickle slices, if desired, and close sandwich.
Cook sandwich in a large nonstick pan over low heat, placing a heavy plate on top to weigh it down. Turn sandwiches over; heat until both sides are browned and cheese is melted. Repeat for remaining sandwiches.
